We’re conveniently located near the Newtown Square Veterinary Hospital, Haverford Reserve Dog Park, and The Ruff House Dog Center, a full-service dog daycare, boarding, and training facility. Each apartment includes king-size beds, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and essential appliances like a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. At The Station at Newtown Square our maintenance team works to promptly resolve standard work orders and repairs in the order they are received, as well as responding to emergency maintenance issues as immediately as possible. Standard maintenance requests are typically resolved within 24-48 hours during the work week, from Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm. Our property also offers a 24-hour on-call service for maintenance emergencies.
Our community has free on-site parking available for all residents, with ample parking available around each of the 4 buildings and throughout the community. We also offer covered parking in our two on-site parking garages. These spaces can be reserved for $75 per month, per parking space. As there is limited availability in the garages, these spaces are rented on a first come first serve basis.
