We offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments at 7000 Cornerstone Drive in Newtown Square, PA. Our floor plans range from 707 to 1,374 sq ft, with options including one-bedroom layouts with dens, two-bedroom homes with two bathrooms, and three-bedroom homes with two bathrooms. Select floor plans are designated ANSI for meeting accessibility standards, and some homes offer direct access to garage parking. Since availability changes by move-in date, compare the current floor plans or ask our leasing team about a specific layout.

Apartment features include a full-size washer and dryer, a kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an open layout, nine-foot ceilings, oversized windows, wood-plank flooring, storage space, and a private patio or balcony. Bedrooms are designed to accommodate king-size beds. Dens and direct garage access are available in select floor plans, so confirm the details of the apartment you are considering before you apply.

Yes. The Station at Newtown Square includes a full-size washer and dryer in its one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Residents can handle laundry at home rather than use a shared laundry room or an off-site laundromat.

Yes. We offer furnished apartments with month-to-month terms and a 30-day minimum stay. These rentals are designed for extended business travel, work relocations, temporary housing during a renovation or insurance claim, and other transitional housing needs. Availability is separate from our standard long-term apartment inventory, so contact the leasing office for the dates and apartment size you need.

Furnished rentals include a furniture package, an equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens, utilities, cable, internet, biweekly light housekeeping, and free outdoor parking. The application process typically includes submitting your information, paying the one-time $85 application fee per new resident, and completing the required screening steps online.

Once your application is submitted, the leasing team will review it and contact you with your approval status and next steps, including any required deposits and lease signing.

The outdoor pool is seasonal. Its current schedule runs from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September, daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. There is no lifeguard on duty. Pool dates and hours may change because of weather, maintenance, or community operations, so residents should check current notices before visiting.

Yes. The Station at Newtown Square provides 24-hour business amenities, including a business center with printer services, high-speed Wi-Fi, flex workspaces, and an executive conference room that residents may reserve. These spaces give remote and hybrid workers an alternative to working inside their apartment.

Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome, with a limit of two pets per apartment and a maximum weight of 65 pounds per pet. Breed restrictions and fees apply. Pet amenities include a quarter-acre dog walk, dog-bag stations, green space, complimentary treats, and occasional pet-themed events. Yes. Free outdoor parking is available throughout the community. Residents may also reserve an indoor space in one of two underground garages for $75 per month. Garage spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so ask about availability when you tour or apply.

Standard maintenance is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Most routine requests are typically addressed within 24 to 48 hours, although timing depends on the repair, permission to enter the apartment, and parts availability. Emergency on-call maintenance is available 24 hours a day.

Newtown Square is in Delaware County, west of Philadelphia. The Station at Newtown Square is located at 7000 Cornerstone Drive, just off Route 252. Shopping and dining are concentrated along West Chester Pike, St. Albans Circle, and the Ellis Preserve area, while Media and West Chester provide additional restaurants, shops, and services. The area is suburban and generally easiest to navigate by car.

Route 252 is the closest major north-south route. Other major roads in the area include Route 3 or West Chester Pike, I-476 or the Blue Route, and U.S. Route 1 or Baltimore Pike. These roads connect Newtown Square with Media, West Chester, Broomall, King of Prussia, the Main Line, and Philadelphia. Actual drive times vary by destination, traffic, and time of day.

Public transportation is available in the Newtown Square area, although the community is not located at a rail station. SEPTA Route 104 serves Newtown Square along West Chester Pike and connects with the 69th Street Transit Center and West Chester. Nearby Regional Rail options include Media Station on the Media/Wawa Line and Rosemont Station on the Paoli/Thorndale Line. The community is located in the Marple Newtown School District, which serves Marple and Newtown townships.
