Pricing
Inclusive of all rent, utilities, cable, internet, and bi-weekly light housekeeping. Free outdoor parking available
- 1-bedroom apartment: $130 per day
- 2-bedroom apartment: $160 per day
- 2-bedroom apartment with a den/office: $180 per day
- 3-bedroom apartment: $195 per day
- Indoor reserved parking available: $75 per month for a reserved space in one of our two underground parking garages
Rental Policies
- 30-day minimum stay requirement
- 15-day notice to vacate policy
- $85 application fee per adult (18+) occupant of the apartment
- $200 hold deposit paid during the application acts as the security deposit for the rental
- Pet-friendly community (Pricing below)
- 2 Pet limit
- Breed restrictions for dogs
- 65 lbs per pet weight limit
- Maintenance available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm for standard maintenance
- Emergency on-call maintenance available 24-hours
- Pet fees: $500 one-time cleaning fee per rental (not per pet)

- King-size beds in primary bedroom and second bedroom
- Twin-size bed for 3-bedroom third bedroom
- Sofa in living room - Sofa is a sleeper-sofa in *most* apartments
- Appliances: Refrigerator, gas-stove/oven, over the range microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine
- 3 sizes of pots and pans
- Cooking utensils
- Hot pads/oven mitts
- Plates and bowls
- Silverware
- Glassware: Large and small drinking glasses, coffee mugs, and wine glasses
- Pyrex baking dishes
- Baking sheet
- Small and large Rubbermaid food-storage containers
Property Amenities
- 24-hour fitness center and yoga room
- Seasonal swimming pool (No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk)
- Open daily from Memorial Day weekend until the end of September

Furnished Rental Details
- Enjoy a custom furniture package, fully accessorized kitchens, bed and bath linens.
- Bi-weekly light housekeeping service. Scheduled with the leasing office after move-in and includes:
- Replacement of kitchen and bath linens
- Turndown bed service with fresh linensor dogs
- Dusting of furniture
- Mopping of all non-carpeted floors
- Wiping of countertops, sink, microwave, and stovetop
- Cleaning of bathroom toilet, sink, and bathtub
- Vacuuming of all carpeted areas
- Removal of trash in all receptacles
*Our housekeeping team members will not move or touch your personal belongings. If areas cannot be cleaned due to personal items being in the way, they will clean around those areas as best they can. Kindly crate or remove any nervous pets.
- Move-in starter kit is provided and includes:
- Dish detergent
- Dish soap and sponge
- Single-use laundry detergent,
- Toilet paper
- Bathroom hand soap bar
- Body-lotion, bodywash, and shampoo
